How does quoting work?
Tap the "Quote" button on any experience and WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message about what interests you. An advisor replies in under 15 minutes with a personalized proposal.
What happens if it rains?
Cancun can rain and clear up within minutes. If the weather prevents sailing or traveling safely, we reschedule at no extra charge. Our weather guarantee is fully flexible.
Do you include hotel pickup?
Yes. All transfers and charters include pickup at your hotel or Airbnb in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and the entire Riviera Maya.
How many people fit on the yacht?
Our private yachts operate up to 12 passengers for safety and comfort. For larger groups we arrange coordinated flotillas with the same experience.
Can the driver recommend activities?
Yes. Our drivers are trained to recommend and coordinate yachts, restaurants, and activities at your pace. Just ask them during your transfer.
How do I pay?
We confirm the price and payment method in writing on WhatsApp before your ride, so you know exactly what is included.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 7–14 days in high season (December–April). For transfers and yacht charters, 48 hours is usually enough, but the sooner, the better the availability.
Are the experiences suitable for children?
Yes, all experiences are family-friendly. We include child seats in transfers and life jackets in children’s sizes.
